Worst service ever I have been to! I booked ticket for 5.15AM bus to travel Mumbai-Pune, There is no one to contact, Every single number of website is not working. (doesn`t exist even). they cancelled bus and not informing passanger. I sit at their office in early morning. (I came from gujarat and reached borivali in midnight 3.30). one old person was sleeping at their office door. he said neeta travel is not started their service. so I started calling to their offices in Pune,Ahmedabad,Borivali. ( even I tried Mobile nos also). I waited till 5.45AM, no one was picking up the phone. So I used MSRTC bus to reach pune. after I reached Pune I called their offices again, no reply, nothing. Meanwhile I was trying to call on their payment issue/refund issue no. one lady picked up the phone and told me that bus was cancelled. she doesn`t even want to listen, completely careless and worst service I used so far. I travelled to pune-ahmedabad twice. GSRTC and MSRTC are best in compare of Neeta, the bus was so dusty and full of garbage. they are not cleaning buses from inside.time consuming and slow driving also.

I frequently travel from Mumbai to Goa by Neeta Travels. Its amazing to travel with them. Staffs are very co-operative with us. Drivers are professionally trained and they drive very safely. So, I prefer Neeta Travels for my tour.

I kindely request to you for start a new bus service from Porbandar (gujarat) to Rajkot, Ahmedabad, baroda surat and Mumbai, You will get maximum traffic of students between porbandar to rajkot n a'bad. so please think about that n start new service between pbr to rjt with new volvo n merC.

I traveled to Mangalore alternate week and I take the Neeta bus from Vashi plaza signal but from last 1 month the timing is changed from 5.15pm to 4.30 pm. It is difficult for me to reach vashi at 4.30 pm so I request to change the timing to 5 pm instead of 4.30 pm else I have to look for some other travels. Please Start bus service from Indore to bangalore via Sholapur. Since there is no direct bus in this route. If Direct Bus not possible make connecting bus from Sholapur/Pune. its is very usefull to peoples whos are travelling between Indore & bangalore. Thanks & regards Sureshkumar

I am in the field of Marketing since from 13 yrs. I am frequently travelling from pune. And whenever I am not getting train tickets I am preferring to travel by Only Neeta Bus due to its reaching to the destination at scheduled time and quality of buses are very good.

I am a regular travller between Mangalore and Mumbai. I have travelled many times by Neeta Volvo. I find that service is quite good and prompt. I would like Neeta to start service from Mangalore to Shirdi directly via Poona. Regards
